MARBLE FLOOR CARE GRANITE,STONE CLEANING AND POLISHING

Marble, granite, or stone floors can be easily cleaned and polished with Janilink microfiber flat mop and Janilink cleaning chemicals. If you are satisfied with the result after this procedure, then there is nothing more to do.


Step 1 - Dust mop to remove dirt and sand with Janilink microfiber flat mop.

Step 2 - Spray or wet mop Janilink stone multicleaner to the floor with proper mixture of water. Scrub and mop with Janilink microfiber flat mop.









SEAL YOUR MARBLE, GRANITE, AND STONE FLOOR
Invisible Sealer: Apply Stone Impreganator or Bellinzoni Super Sealer directly onto floor. Following application, your floor looks nothing like than before. when you drop water or coffee, it will not soak into the floor. These sealers protect the floor invisibly which means you will never mess up your beautiful stone floor keeping their natural color for one year guaranteed!
Visible Sealer: It protects the floor just like invisible sealer but it make your floor shiner while.
Darkener: This type of sealer also protect your floor as well. This product is especially suited for dark and black absorbent stones. Minor scraches or damaged areas can be treated with darkener.




COUNTER TOPS, TABLES, LAMP STANDS, SMALL STATUES OR SMALL STONE OBJECTS
Just clean with Janilink multi cleaner and Janilink Microfiber Rags. For protection you better seal it!!

This method is most difficult job for marble, granite, stone,terrazzo, and concrete floors but, after you learn how to do it, it's easy!!



6 STEPS PROCEDURE: Machine with 4-6 pieces diamond pads feeding water.

Step 1 - 400 grits. Grinding 12 pieces of marbles at a time. Grinding a little more or less area is fine.

Step 2 - 800 grits. Grinding 8 pieces of marbles at a time. Grinding a little more or less area is fine.

Step 3 - 1500 grits. Grinding 8 pieces of marbles at a time. Grinding a little more or less area is fine.

Step 4 - 3000 grits. Grinding 8 pieces of marbles at a time. Grinding a little more or less area is fine.

Step 5 - Buff grits. Grinding 8 pieces of marbles at a time. Grinding a little more or less area is fine.

Step 6 - One step crystalizer, 5x powder, MRP or GRP

*Important tips:
As we already explained,
1. You can do only step 6.
2. You can do only step 5 and 6.
3. You can do only step 4, 5, and 6.
4. You can do only step 3, 4, 5, and 6. 5. You can do only Step 1, 3, ...
This means "The more steps, the better result." Professional marble, granite care workers know how many steps to do the floors. Don't have to worry about messing up the floors. If you think that you messed up the floors, do more steps that you already did it and then floors shines back up! We know beginner can swet to care marble, granite floors. You'll get to learn finally and say it's easy.


DIAMOND PADS FOR MARBLES, STONES, TERRAZZOS AND CONCRETES

Nova Marble Diamond Pads are flexible and convex type which is good for prevent demage your pads and also the floors. Nova Marble Diamond Pad's rounded edge helps you keep the machine runs smoothly over leapage edges from one piece of marbles to another. *For one step processing, one machine requires 4~5 diamond pads.









Granite is much more stronger than marble. That's why shining back up for granite is much difficult than marble. Try one step crystalizer. If floors are good, that's all. If not, try GRP or 5X Granite. If not, then we need lots more procedures.



Countertops, tables and stairs are same procedure like marble, granite floors. Only diferences are equipments.
